Description:

iTookOff is a comprehensive app that efficiently manages and tracks your vacation, sick, and personal time. With this app, you will have access to your paid leave balances at all times, providing you with a clear overview of your available time off.

One of the standout features of iTookOff is its unparalleled customization options. You have the ability to customize up to eight different leave categories, allowing you to tailor the app to your specific needs.

The built-in calendar functionality supports multi-day leave, making it easy to enter new time or edit previously used time. The app also provides flexible options for how time is accrued: monthly, weekly, bi-monthly, bi-weekly, yearly, or manually. Additionally, iTookOff allows you to personalize how your time rolls over each year.

On the main screen of the app, you can instantly view your leave balances alongside a color-coded and filterable table that tracks the time you have taken off and a comprehensive total of all tracked time. This provides a visual representation that is both practical and easy to understand.

iTookOff offers further convenience by allowing you to enter and display time in either hours or fractional days. Moreover, the app lets you schedule time off in advance and provides a countdown feature until the designated date.

An outstanding feature of iTookOff is its ability to predict how much time will be available on a specific day. By selecting a future date on the "Take a Day Off" screen, you can easily view your projected availability.

This app also allows you to enter "added time" to account for compensatory time accruals and deductions. This feature enhances overall accuracy and provides a complete overview of your leave balances.

With iTookOff, you have the option to enter custom reasons for each day you take off, further enhancing the app's ability to tailor to your specific needs.

The app offers additional functionality by enabling you to send an email backup of all your leave balances, settings, and recorded time off. This ensures that your data is securely accessible and can be easily archived.

In the event of a mistake, iTookOff provides a simple solution. Deleting an item offers an option to correct your leave balances in just one step. Furthermore, if any edited time impacts your leave balances, iTookOff automatically offers to make the necessary adjustments.

iTookOff also includes an "About" screen that provides the latest development news, ensuring you are always up-to-date with new features and improvements. Additionally, the app offers a direct email option to contact the developer.

ITookOff is a valuable tool developed by a web developer who understands the challenges of managing time off. The attention to detail is evident in both functionality and design, as the app offers a seamless user experience.

If you have any questions, comments, bug reports, or suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to contact the iTookOff support team at support@salernolabs.com. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and instrumental in continually enhancing the app.
